As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming presence and rhythm-keeper at the heart of our client experience. You’ll create intentional first impressions, anchor calm within daily flow, and support seamless operations — helping every client and team member feel aligned and seen from the moment they walk in.

- Greet clients with warmth, presence, and professionalism
- Coordinate daily appointment schedules and client communication
- Manage check-in/check-out flows, client intake forms, and follow-ups
- Serve as the connective thread between team, client, and care
- Support day-to-day studio operations with flow, calm, and clarity
- Represent the GoBeyond Way through service, rhythm, and care
- A naturally grounded and intuitive communicator
- Detail-oriented and rhythm-aware, with strong organizational skills
- Emotionally attuned, energy-aware, and service-minded
- A collaborative team player who uplifts every interaction
- A believer in self-care, soulful leadership, and wellness culture
- 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, client care, spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
- Proficient in communication, multitasking, and scheduling flow
- Comfortable using booking software or CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training/certifications a plus
- Wellness, esthetics, or coaching background
- Experience in high-touch service environments or luxury hospitality
