As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming presence and rhythm-keeper at the heart of our client experience. You’ll create intentional first impressions, anchor calm within daily flow, and support seamless operations — helping every client and team member feel aligned and seen from the moment they walk in.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet clients with warmth, presence, and professionalism
  • Coordinate daily appointment schedules and client communication
  • Manage check-in/check-out flows, client intake forms, and follow-ups
  • Serve as the connective thread between team, client, and care
  • Support day-to-day studio operations with flow, calm, and clarity
  • Represent the GoBeyond Way through service, rhythm, and care
Who You Are:
  • A naturally grounded and intuitive communicator
  • Detail-oriented and rhythm-aware, with strong organizational skills
  • Emotionally attuned, energy-aware, and service-minded
  • A collaborative team player who uplifts every interaction
  • A believer in self-care, soulful leadership, and wellness culture
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, client care, spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
  • Proficient in communication, multitasking, and scheduling flow
  • Comfortable using booking software or CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training/certifications a plus
Bonus Points:
  • Wellness, esthetics, or coaching background
  • Experience in high-touch service environments or luxury hospitality
