About the Role
TEKsystems is hiring for an Entry‑Level Member Services Representative (MSR) to start with a Fortune 100 financial institution in Jacksonville, FL.
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Start Date: 04/20/2026
Training
Schedule:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Monday‑Friday)
Work Schedule: Between 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST (8.5‑hour shifts within a 9.5‑hour window)
What You’ll Do- Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
- Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high‑volume environment
- Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
- Reliable and punctual, especially during training
This is a Contract‑to‑Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50/hr.
