Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; handle returns and exchanges according to policies;
Maintain and operate the self-checkout area and resolve member issues;
Promote Sams Club products and services and guide members on self-service technology;
Assist with safeguarding assets, complete paperwork and document logs, and follow security/safety procedures;
Provide training and continuous learning for Member Frontline Service associates and contribute to process improvements
