Service BDC Representative (Business Development Center)

• Answer incoming service appointment requests via phone, email, and online scheduling platforms
• Proactively contact customers with open recalls to schedule service appointments
• Coordinate and manage mobile service appointments, including confirmations and follow-ups
• Provide status updates and maintain clear communication with customers
• Accurately document all appointments, conversations, and customer interactions in our system
• Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Tech-comfortable — able to navigate multiple systems and software platforms
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
