Inventory Support Specialist – Jacksonville, FL

Kelly Services is currently seeking an Inventory Support Specialist at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full‑time, fully benefited position.

This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401(k) and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time. Employees also receive annual performance reviews.

Title: Inventory Support Specialist

Location: Jacksonville (32256), onsite

Pay: $23/hr; plus benefits and PTO

Hours: M‑F 8 hour day shift

Duration: Long‑term contract

• Use Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
• Learn and use new Warehouse Management Systems
• Support the Inventory team
• Works well with others
• Comfortable with instruction and working independently
• Time will be split between working in an office setting and on the Distribution Floor

• Education:
  
  Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience preferred within distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and proactive communication.
• MS Office Suite proficiency preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong communication skills.
