Engineering Customer Support Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in supporting the Repair Station by managing customer interactions, quoting repair orders, and ensuring timely processing of jobs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers.
Job TitleCustomer Support Representative
Responsibilities- Prepare and send quotes for repair orders daily.
- Process repair station orders upon customer approval of quotes.
- Manage and follow up on exchange order quotes.
- Resolve issues preventing orders from being processed or released.
- Communicate effectively with customers to build confidence and maintain satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Engineers, PSE, and Quality teams on investigative and warranty returns.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues or disputes.
- Interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Train Level 2 Customer Service Specialists as needed.
- Handle approximately 40 requests per day, including follow-ups.
- Follow up on lack of customer response.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Oracle experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in order processing.
- Familiarity with Level 2 customer support.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role involves interacting with various teams and customers, requiring a professional demeanor and effective communication. The position demands proficiency in Microsoft Office and a preference for experience with Oracle systems.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
