Job Summary: You will provide support to patients, doctors, and medical facilities by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving billing and payment issues, and ensuring exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message for inbound and outbound inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and use available resources to resolve problems
- Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues and ensure proper follow-up
- Track and document support requests while maintaining accurate records
- Update and maintain accurate customer information
- Meet performance standards, including quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time
- May provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Salary: $35,360 annually ($17 per hour) + quarterly and annual performance bonuses
