This position will assist the equipment department with day‑to‑day activities during training camp, providing opportunity to gain experience in the professional football industry.

• Laundry pickup, washing, and dispersal
• Assisting coaches before and during practice
• Practice field set‑up and breakdown on a daily basis
• Locker room preparation for all games
• Maintenance of all football equipment

• Must be able to work from mid‑July until late August 2026; definitive work period will be determined once the NFL schedule is released
• Physical demands include continuous activity for extended periods, lifting, standing, walking; able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Good communication skills
• Professional demeanor at all times
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass pre‑employment screening
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Prior experience in a college or professional equipment room
• Ability to use web‑based inventory system (Sport Soft Inventory system preferred)
• Organized, able to manage rapid changes, multiple priorities
• Knowledge of AEMA (Athletic Equipment Manager’s Association) best practices and methodologies
