This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager based in Jacksonville, FL. The Construction Manager will oversee and manage the day-to‑day construction operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, and implementing and enforcing construction safety protocols. The Construction Manager will also communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications- Proven experience with supervisory skills and leading construction teams
- Knowledge and experience in budgeting and managing project costs
- Expertise in construction safety and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Proficiency in construction and hands‑on construction management practices
- Strong capabilities in project control and project scheduling
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in residential construction or homebuilding is a plus
