Job Title:
Construction Project Administrator
Provide on-site support for the Superintendent, focusing heavily on documentation and daily reporting to enable effective job management.
Responsibilities- Assist the Superintendent with on-site job support.
- Document daily activities and maintain comprehensive daily reports.
- Coordinate project tasks and schedules efficiently.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring all project documentation is up to date.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and manage government documents related to federal construction projects.
- Provide administrative support to the construction team.
- Schedule and organize meetings to facilitate project progress.
- Experience in project coordination within construction environments.
- Proficiency in data entry and document control.
- Ability to create and manage daily reports.
- Experience in federal construction jobsite operations.
- Strong administrative support skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Microsoft product suite.
- Previous experience with federal construction projects is highly desirable.
The role is based on-site, requiring close collaboration with the Superintendent and other construction team members. The position involves the use of Microsoft Office tools and requires working within federal construction jobsite conditions.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
