We’re seeking a Project Manager with a strong foundation in electrical and low‑voltage systems to help lead a major stadium project from early planning through final turnover. Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery & Client Management – Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular project progress updates
- Facilitate project coordination meetings from preconstruction through project closeout
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners to achieve project goals
- Address owner and subcontractor issues and help resolve day‑to‑day project challenges
- Monitor field operations to confirm compliance with project schedules and requirements
- Procurement & Contract Administration – Support the overall bidding and procurement strategy for assigned projects
- Assist in developing bidder lists, scopes of work, and front‑end bid documents
- Organize and lead pre‑bid meetings and support post‑bid evaluations
- Assist with reviewing proposals and supporting subcontractor selection
- Budget, Schedule & Cost Control – Develop and manage project budgets, including general conditions
- Establish and monitor cash flow and manpower projections
- Track project costs, update forecasts, and report financial performance internally and to the owner
- Support jobsite cash management and monitor payment timing and project profitability
- Planning & Jobsite Setup – Assist in developing the project schedule and planning activities
- Oversee jobsite startup, including site logistics, trailer mobilization, and staffing setup
- Support and oversee the project permitting process
- Team Leadership & Coordination – Coordinate company resources and personnel assigned to the project
- Communicate expectations clearly to field and project team members
- Support the Superintendent in managing field activities and maintaining schedule adherence
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting or managing construction projects in a commercial or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of construction processes, schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Previous MEP experience on projects
Preferred
- Experience leading portions of a construction project or managing multiple scopes
- Familiarity with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and subcontractor coordination
- Experience working directly with owners or client representatives
- Work is primarily project‑based and may include time in office and active construction jobsite environments
- Travel for project assignments may be required based on business needs
