Superintendent - Jacksonville, FL
A well-established and growing construction company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to support projects in the Jacksonville, FL area.
This role offers long-term stability, a strong pipeline of work, and the opportunity to be part of a team that values quality execution and leadership in the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate closely with project management to keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans and specifications
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for inspectors and trade partners
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial and/or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
- Local Jacksonville experience preferred
