Superintendent, Construction

Winter Construction is hiring a Superintendent to join our Jacksonville team. This role will lead field operations on complex construction projects in one or more of our core markets: commercial, office, interiors, multifamily, municipal, education, or hospitality.

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through close-out
• Manage subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and quality assurance
• Ensure schedule milestones are met and proactively resolve delays
• Uphold Winter’s safety standards and site compliance protocols
• Lead field planning meetings, punch walks, and trade-specific reviews
• Support buyout, scope review, and preconstruction planning with PMs
• Maintain accurate documentation, including as-builts and daily reports
• Represent Winter on-site with professionalism and strong communication

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction
• Proven success leading job sites for education, municipal, or healthcare projects
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage schedules effectively
• Strong documentation, safety, and risk management skills
• Local to Jacksonville or open to relocation
• Superintendent II or III level depending on experience

• Local projects with no extensive travel
• Exposure to commercial and institutional construction project
