• Pouring curb, sidewalk, and finishing concrete.
• Work as a member of a team to complete restoration work of concrete and asphalt to return job site to its pre‑work condition.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to customer expectations.
• Guide the crew towards goal achievement.
• Plan, organize and delegate daily work activities among crew members.
• Handle minor customer complaints and inquiries;
  Escalate issues to the superintendent or general foreman if necessary.
• Complete project paperwork as required by the customer.
• Ensure that overall quality of work performed by the crew meets or exceeds standards and expectations.

• 3+ years of hard surface (concrete and/or asphalt) experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license with good driving record.
• Current Class A CDL.
