Position OverviewAs a Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator, you will play a critical role in managing and estimating plumbing projects. From blueprint to completion, you’ll help deliver high-impact projects ranging from $1K to multimillion‑dollar scopes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Prepare accurate estimates for project costs, materials, and labor—experience with blueprint‑based estimating is a plus.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Travel locally to visit job sites and meet with stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing project management and estimating.
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel locally for project needs.
