Construction Project Manager

We operate nationally and internationally, managing fast‑track commercial construction for both public and private clients with a primary focus on the Department of Defense. Headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, our full‑service Design‑Build firm offers quality project delivery across the United States.

Field Operations team – Jacksonville, FL (active military base). The PM leads all phases of a project from conceptual design through final completion in support of RQ’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Preference for local candidates; relocation or travel required. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Pay: US $110,000 – 170,000 per year.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (minimum). Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of commercial project management experience.
• 6+ years of experience as Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry; design‑build experience desired.
• Computer literacy:
  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred:
  Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour required; STS preferred.
• LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ preferred.

• U.S. citizenship.

• Successful drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including Department of Defense background check if applicable.
