Superintendent - Jacksonville

Winter Construction is seeking to add a Superintendent to our Team!

• Project Diversity Manage interesting projects across a wide array of markets.
• Contribution in a Right-Sized Organization Winter is not so large that there is a danger of becoming "just a number", but large enough that you benefit from sophisticated systems and approaches.
• Local Focus We are based in Jacksonville & love building in and around our city.

• Experience building commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Background in 1 or more of the following markets:
  Education, Hospitality, Municipal and Mixed-Use Commercial.
• Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
• Experience Supervising Field Staff.
