Reconstruction success starts with precision—and you’re the one who brings everything together. When a homeowner has experienced a disaster, they’re traumatized and just want their home back. In the middle of that chaos, we need someone who can bring order. As our Reconstruction Coordinator, you understand construction sequencing, make decisions quickly, and keep projects moving without missing details. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, materials, documentation, and communication between homeowners, vendors, and the production manager—ensuring every job moves forward smoothly and confidently.

What You’ll Do- Build, monitor, and communicate reconstruction schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, inspections, and material deliveries
- Assist homeowners with material selections and approvals
- Track budgets, changes, updates, and documentation
- Support the production manager with job-site updates and communication
- Maintain accurate job files and compliance documents
- Complete intake for new reconstruction jobs
- Identify delays or risks early and act to keep the job moving
- Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- You become the central hub of reconstruction operations
- Clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and ownership of your work
