Construction Superintendent

We’re seeking a Superintendent to lead from the front on commercial and multifamily construction projects. You’ll run day-to-day field operations, keep subs aligned, manage schedules, and ensure quality where it matters. If you’re hands-on, detail-focused, and committed to getting it done right (not just fast), you’ll fit in. Project may be located in Jacksonville, FL, Palm Coast, FL or Punta Gorda, FL.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Oversee daily site activities and manage subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, inspections, and manpower.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead daily/weekly safety meetings.
• Communicate with PMs on progress, challenges, and resource needs.
• Track quality control and solve field issues as they come up.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Assist with punch list and project closeout.

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
• Solid understanding of plans, specs, and construction sequencing.
• A steady, solution-oriented mindset.
