Swimming Pool Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of swimming pool construction projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Ensure all construction work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

• Lead and mentor a team of construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications: -Experience in swimming pool construction a must

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in the swimming pool industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Familiarity with construction management software (Structure Studios) and tools.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Compensation: $75,000 Annually plus performance bonus and Company Vehicle
