Child Care Director / Operations Manager

Crunch Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people who are passionate about health and fitness to join our team as a Child Care Director or Operations Manager.

• Experience working with children
• Certifications as required by local or state laws

• Strong safety skills

• Provide a friendly atmosphere for members and children
• Handle proper registration and check‑out of children and parents
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety, clean and sanitize toys, and keep the working area free of sharp or harmful objects
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects, and consistent interaction with children
• Answer childcare phone calls and communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians
• Provide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc.
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards; facilitate member requests or forward to a manager
• Know club facility and services
• Assist in all projects delegated by club management
• Report to the Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager when applicable
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook

• Annual Staff Meetings
• Monthly Department Meetings
• Employee Training Meetings

• Able to lift 10 lbs on occasion
• Capable of standing, bending, and squatting frequently
• Able to climb and hang decorations when necessary

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour (part‑time position)
