This is a full-time on-site role for a Storage Expert, based in Jacksonville, FL. The Storage Expert will oversee storage management operations, ensure optimal storage solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the integrity of infrastructure systems. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers, managing storage unit occupancy, and supporting replication processes for efficient operations. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high standard of service at all times.

• Expertise in Storage Management and Storage Solutions
• Ability to handle Troubleshooting and manage Replication processes efficiently
• Experience with managing and maintaining Infrastructure related to storage systems
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with storage software systems
• Previous experience in the self-storage industry is a plus
