A hands-on business analyst who partners closely with the organization to drive business transformation initiatives across functions such as CRM, Finance, and HR. Leads process design and business requirements definition for critical IT projects, ensuring solutions are practical, aligned with business needs, and ready to scale. Serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and subject matter experts by identifying improvement opportunities and helping shape effective business designs that support long-term operational success.

• BA leadership & support for key transformation initiatives with Finance/Netsuite & CRM
• Lead business process assessment & design initiatives with an emphasis on efficiency, quality & automation
• Lead business requirement and scoping for business transformation initiatives
• Support the development of business data solutions facilitating the definition of data/reporting needs to technology development team
• Create high quality deliverables that capture the business intent and facilitate implementation
• Partner with internal & external technology professionals to deliver solutions
• Help manage systems integration (SI) or implementation partners
• Support project testing efforts to create cohesion across resources and ensure a quality result
• Advise business leaders & SME’s on potential improvement opportunities
• Advise & support operational KPI’s for each department and support
• Support development of capability roadmaps for each business domain
• Support our collaborative and innovative team culture that spans the organization

• 5+ years performing BA work in support of business & corporate systems
• Specific experience with implementations of Netsuite (Finance ERP) or Salesforce
• Experience and strong understanding of core finance processes (order-to-cash, revenue recognition, etc.)
• Experience in business process assessment & design
• Experience in developing business data solutions (data marts / reports / KPI dashboards) helping to match business needs with data assets
• Exceptional communication and meeting facilitation skills

• Experience with SaaS/recurring revenue business models

Mosai has office locations in Jacksonville, FL, and Nashville, TN, respectively. For this role, we are seeking candidates who are interested in a hybrid work arrangement at either location and/or we are open to fully remote candidates.
