Vaco is hiring for an Amazon Sales Manager opportunity in Jacksonville FL
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Amazon Sales Manager to lead and grow our Amazon marketplace presence. This role is responsible for managing the overall Amazon strategy, optimizing product listings, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing ad campaigns, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, entrepreneurial, and fluent in the mechanics of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all aspects of the Amazon sales channel (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central).
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and enhance brand presence on Amazon.
- Optimize product listings including titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content, and backend keywords to improve SEO and conversion rates.
- Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP) to drive traffic and achieve ROAS targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, advertising spend, and profitability; generate and present reports to leadership.
- Manage inventory forecasting and demand planning to maintain healthy stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to align Amazon strategies with company goals.
- Handle promotional strategies, deals, and pricing in compliance with Amazon policies.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon requirements, handle policy issues, and manage seller performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new Amazon marketplaces (international), product categories, and programs (e.g., Subscribe & Save, FBA).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts, preferably in a consumer products or e-commerce company.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Proven success with Amazon PPC and DSP campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Amazon Analytics, Helium 10, or other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
