Position Overview
The Permit Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained efficiently and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will be responsible for coordinating the permitting process, liaising with regulatory agencies, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to guarantee smooth and timely project execution.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing Applications:
Evaluating land disturbance, construction, and development permit applications for completeness and compliance with regulations. - Providing Information:
Offering guidance on zoning, building, land use, and other development-related regulations. - Tracking Permits:
Monitoring permit status. Coordinate plan changes, expired permits, truss engineering tracking and permit rejections. - Processing Permits:
Receiving applications, conducting pre-application meetings, and routing applications to the appropriate review teams. - Compliance:
Reviewing plans and documents for compliance with codes and standards. - Project Coordination:
