This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Jacksonville, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, managing a sales team, and continuously analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance. The role involves collaborating with various teams and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet client needs.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and meeting revenue goals
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and performance evaluation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to formulate goals and strategies
• Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge or experience in waste management services is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
