What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Supply Analyst to join our growing Product Enablement team focusing on managing key Supply‑Side Platform (SSP) partnerships like Free Wheel and Magnite. The role involves deep platform mastery, curating and negotiating high‑performing inventory deals with publisher partners, and overseeing the operational execution of these deals.
Key Responsibilities SSP Partnership Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for key Supply‑Side Platform (SSP) partners, specifically Free Wheel and Magnite.
- Deeply learn and master the functionalities, capabilities, and nuances of each SSP platform.
- Stay abreast of SSP product updates, features, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Proactively identify, build, and curate high‑performing inventory deals that align with Cognition Digital's business objectives, focusing on driving both performance and margin.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with multiple publisher partners to secure premium and exclusive inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with publisher supply partners.
- Oversee and guide the operations team in the trafficking and activation of curated supply deals for existing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deal terms.
- Monitor deal performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to maximize delivery and efficiency.
- Work cross‑functionally to resolve any discrepancies or challenges related to supply execution.
- Contribute to the strategic development of Cognition Digital's supply‑side strategy, identifying new partners and inventory sources.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform supply‑side initiatives.
- Overall volume and healthy execution of campaigns running on curated supply.
- Efficiency and margin improvement of managed supply.
- Experience: 2‑3 years of proven experience within the digital media industry.
- Programmatic Expertise: Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and header bidding.
- Supply‑Side Knowledge (Preferred): Direct experience working on the supply side (e.g., with an SSP, publisher, or supply‑focused role at an agency/ad‑tech firm) is highly desirable.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex ad tech platforms.
