The RoleReporting to the Business Unit Leader for In‑School Student Loans, you will lead on‑campus support activities for graduate and professional schools across a national territory (remote). You will set annual strategy, achieve targeted goals, and drive product support for graduate programs.
What you’ll do- Work directly with In‑School Sales Leadership to implement and execute the graduate student strategy and coverage plan.
- Manage relationships with Financial Aid officers and other key campus decision‑makers at graduate and professional schools.
- Lead the sales practice—calling on schools, handling RFP/RFI processes, attending industry conferences, and representing SoFi in the in‑school market.
- Maintain ongoing contact with schools to coordinate sales initiatives, track daily activities, streamline processes, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor competitive product and marketing activities, conduct market research, and analyze results to optimize sales strategy.
- Collaborate with schools and SoFi internal departments to develop and execute new products and services that meet graduate student and financial aid needs.
- Engage in shaping the overall SoFi customer strategy and integrate it with other consumer products.
- Demonstrate energy and dedication, working hard while having fun—an essential part of our culture.
- 10+ years of higher education administrative experience in business development, finance, or admissions/financial aid.
- Proven ability to build relationships in a higher‑education setting.
- Strong knowledge of federal and private student loan markets, regulations, admissions practices, and graduate student outcomes.
- Financial acumen—read financial statements, calculate profitability ratios, and build business cases.
- Track record of driving timely outcomes through collaboration across functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
