Operations Manager specializing in Hiring and Process ImprovementWe are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Staffing Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, particularly in securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statement of Work (SOW) business with enterprise clients. This is a high-visibility role offering an amazing, uncapped compensation package and an opportunity to lead and grow with our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target enterprise companies for staffing and project-based opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Secure MSAs and SOW agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their staffing and project needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing services and project outcomes.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing sales, with a focus on enterprise clients and project-based opportunities.
- Proven success in securing MSAs and SOW agreements.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
