Join EY as we grow our alliances and work with SAP to manage partner programs. This role focuses on relationship collaboration, governance, alliance partner program oversight, contracts and compliance management, and performance intelligence.
The opportunityAs EY continues to grow its alliances, we need a US‑based Alliance Relationship Partner Program Associate Director (ARD) who can collaborate with SAP to execute partner programs across the globe and activate local initiatives.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SAP alliance partner program strategy.
- Gain access to SAP level programs and deploy and govern global and local alliance initiatives.
- Deliver alliance intelligence with accurate financial reporting and metrics.
- Activate new countries and super regions, ensuring approvals, governance, business plans, executive relationships, cadence, and contracts are in place.
- Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
- Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network with content, knowledge sharing, and market insights.
- Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, and strong relationship building skills with high organization.
- Understanding of SAP technology and business benefits of alliance partner products and solutions.
- Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company.
- Evidence of success in building and nurturing win‑win alliance relationships.
- Strong networking and influence management skills delivering results across organizational boundaries.
- Credible communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues.
- A self‑starter who works independently and communicates progress and challenges with the team.
- Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task across projects.
- Adaptable to work with diverse personalities, cultures, and working styles within EY.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range in the US: $168,700 to $324,800. Additional ranges for specific metro areas are provided separately.

- Hybrid work model: 40‑60% in person for external client‑serving roles.
