Job Description- Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily and HOA management opportunities across Florida.
- Originate and close new management contracts to drive portfolio growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and asset managers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and management agreements.
- Track leads, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategies with company objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.
- Strong existing network within Florida’s real estate, multifamily, or HOA market.
- Proven track record of closing management contracts or large-scale real estate service deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Florida multifamily and HOA landscape.
- Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, professional, and relationship-focused.
