Opportunity

As part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking group, you’ll help clients achieve significant business outcomes and shape the future of manufacturing. This Senior Manager role focuses on the pre‑sales and sales process of building the P&G Alliance sales pipeline and supporting conversion.

Your

Key Responsibilities
  • Build executive‑level slip‑sheets that concisely summarize P&G’s Integrated Work System to support discussion.
  • Research clients to understand and manufacturing challenges and identify ways P&G’s IWS can address them.
  • Develop relationships with internal EY account executives and position the P&G Alliance as a differentiated solution to drive value.
  • Secure and lead initial meetings with senior client executives (C‑suite, SVP, VP, Sr Directors) to position the Alliance as a competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing leadership to support next‑step client workshops with key manufacturing stakeholders to identify tangible opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of client leads and pipeline progression.
  • Follow all independence restrictions and P&G competitor no‑fly lists.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify related transformation opportunities.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Proven experience operating within P&G’s Integrated Work System.
  • Strong executive presence and experience interfacing with senior management.
  • Sales experience; experience in client relationship management and revenue generation.
  • Strong capabilities in Manufacturing Network Optimization, Operational Excellence, and Manufacturing Strategy.
  • Strategic thinking, commercial astuteness, complex problem‑solving, and a focus on driving outcomes.
  • Advanced leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams through complex projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply‑chain consulting, or digital transformation within the industrial sector.
  • Experience with Vertical Start‑up of new plants and line initiatives (a strong plus).
  • Effective communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Learning agility and ability to manage change effectively.
  • Sector knowledge.
Ideal Additional Experience
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, Integrated Work Systems, Supply Network Operations, Vertical Startup.
  • Global manufacturing operations experience.
