Premier Exteriors Business Development Manager - North Florida Markets
As the Business Development Manager for Premier Exteriors LLC, you will be responsible for creating visibility in the local market, generating leads, and driving sales for our exterior services. This role involves developing new customers, maintaining those relationships, conducting customer meetings, and ensuring successful contract fulfillment. You will work closely with the Pre-Construction department to ensure thorough bids are sent out.

Responsibilities- Create visibility in the local market to generate new leads and further expand Premier Exteriors' footprint
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth within the region
- Join local clubs and attend events, paid for by Premier Exteriors
- Create new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Work with Pre-Con to prepare bids for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing
- Conduct product and pricing research to stay competitive in the market
- Contract Fulfillment
- Ensure that sales align with customer expectations, handling contract fulfillment with professionalism
- Software and Tool Proficiency (Excel, CRM, & Net Suite)
- Track lead follow-ups in our CRM with detailed notes
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the home construction, commercial construction, or supply side of the industry
- Strong understanding of exterior products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive approach to generating leads and growing the business
- Salary: $70 - $85K based on experience / Commission: $15 - $25K
