The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. Under guidance of experienced technicians, you learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, perform routine inspections, and assist in repair procedures. You may interact with customers to explain repairs and provide service. This role combines mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range: $16.15 – $24.23 per hour. Technicians receive flat‑rate pay for each eligible task, rewarding efficient completion.

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least one of A1–A8 within the first two years (company covers tests; bonuses for each passed test).

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services, including:
  • Oil changes
  • Basic inspections
  • Repairing tires
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

• 2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a vocational‑technical program, or demonstrated skills via third‑party certificates/assessment.
• A.S.E. certification or equivalent external qualifications.
