MINI Service Technician

Responsibilities:

* Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards

* Diagnose any malfunctions and perform repair

* Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts

* Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required

* Document work performed

* Road-test vehicles when required

* Attend factory-sponsored training classes

* Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes

* Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* Prior technician experience PREFERRED

* Knowledge of shop equipment

* Strong mechanical aptitude

* Deadline and detail-oriented

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license + clean drug screening
