Automotive Technician / Mechanic | Air-Conditioned Shop & Weekends Off | Jacksonville (Bartram Park)

We are looking for automotive technicians who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. Technicians seek out solutions to tough problems with a passion for doing what’s right for our customers.

Location: 13918 Village Lake Circle, Jacksonville FL 32258

• Diagnose and fix vehicles, providing accurate and honest courtesy inspections
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Work as part of team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate customer concerns with the service department
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

• Positive attitude and desire to serve customers
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE certification preferred, or plan to achieve
• Capability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• Desire for long‑term career development

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above the head
• Work in tight spaces as required by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Use hand tools with dexterity
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
