Automotive Mobile Diagnostic Technician

Protech Automotive Solutions is searching for a dedicated Automotive Mobile Diagnostic Technician to provide top‑tier service to our customers.

Perform all‑purpose duties, apply technical knowledge to assist customers, answer inbound and outbound calls regarding Autel scanning units, answer technical questions related to scanning procedures, and research and resolve vehicle technology issues.

• 2+ years of experience as a diagnostic technician; I‑CAR and ASE certifications preferred
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete job duties
• Must pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background checks

• Minimum age 21 years
• Physical ability to reach, kneel, bend, squat and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
