GeneralService Technician Responsibilities
- Complete routine scheduled maintenance service on automobiles and trucks, as directed by a Manager or Service Advisor.
- Perform basic automotive repair, adjustments and maintenance procedures, including oil changes, tire replacement & repairs, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Drive vehicles into service bays, prepare them for, and complete digital vehicle inspection.
- Test drive vehicles and prepare them for delivery to customers after necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member/customer experience.
- Learn from Technician A, B and C colleagues to further advance your career.
- Pay rates starting at $16.00 hourly (rate based on experience + annual bonus eligibility).

- Work‑life balance:
Closed Sundays, shorter workdays (closed at 6 pm), Monday–Friday 7:30 am–6 pm, Saturday 8 am–4 pm, closed major holidays.
- High School diploma, GED, or technical school certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledgeable about automotive and/or truck systems, tools and technical resources; able to independently perform basic repairs and maintenance.
- Consistently demonstrate proper use of equipment and tools; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service scores.
- G1‑Auto Maintenance & Light Repair.
- State inspection certificate, where applicable.
- AC 609 Certification.
- May experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.
- Must stand, walk, and have normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying automotive parts and equipment (up to approximately 80 pounds).
- Must have own tools appropriate for skill level for use in the center.
- Must be able to work in heat; fans are present in all facilities.
- Must be able to stay on feet in a concrete facility for the entire work shift.
