The accounts receivable clerk is integral to the operation of Trinity Christian Academy. Your passion for helping families in the business office with courteous and reliable service contributes to our mission to empower students to discover and live out their God-given purpose.

Responsibilities:

• Support front desk receptionist with receiving guests and answering phone calls.
• Process and record transactions.
• Respond to and resolve clients’ billing issues and questions.
• Assist families through registration process.
• Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry, sending bill reminders, and contacting customers to discuss their accounts.
• Assist customers in resolving outstanding balances.
• Generate reports for internal use.
• Assist with scholarship enrollment and invoicing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid practical experience in operating spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office suite
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills
