Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Jacksonville, Florida (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite, Day 1 onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Max Pay Rate: $20.78/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level, confidential administrative support to a senior executive. This role requires strong calendar management, travel coordination, and executive communication skills within a fast-paced corporate environment.
The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting senior leadership, managing complex schedules, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive administrative support
- Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendar
- Coordinate domestic/international travel and expense processing
- Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, and executive documentation
- Handle confidential communications with professionalism
- Manage scheduling, telepresence, and stakeholder coordination
- Support event coordination, offsites, and leadership meetings
- Respond to executive communications and manage requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
- 3+ years Executive / Senior Administrative Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership / executives
- Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills
- Strong travel coordination and expense management experience
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality handling
- Executive presence and professionalism
- Event coordination / meeting logistics
- Strong prioritization and time management
- Administrative operations / office coordination
- Client and stakeholder interaction
