Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level, confidential administrative support to a senior executive. This role requires strong calendar management, travel coordination, and executive communication skills within a fast-paced corporate environment.

The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting senior leadership, managing complex schedules, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive administrative support
  • Manage complex and frequently changing executive calendar
  • Coordinate domestic/international travel and expense processing
  • Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, and executive documentation
  • Handle confidential communications with professionalism
  • Manage scheduling, telepresence, and stakeholder coordination
  • Support event coordination, offsites, and leadership meetings
  • Respond to executive communications and manage requests
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years Executive / Senior Administrative Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting senior leadership / executives
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skills
  • Strong travel coordination and expense management experience
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality handling
