Duties
* You will correct discrepancies in student files for accurate record maintenance.
* You will answer inquiries of general nature regarding training to students, instructors, and other staff members.
* You will communicate with other organizations to resolve problems or concerns.
* You will use online student management systems (e.g., Corporate Enterprise Training and Administration Resources System [CETARS]).

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing clerical, administrative, and customer service; including general administration, office automation, clerical support, program analyses, and compilation of progress reports and statistics;
2) Utilizing various automated systems (i.e. BUPERS (Bureau of Naval Personnel) Online (BOL), Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource Systems (CeTARS), Salesforce;
3) Maintaining and updating student information (i.e. academic schedules, training programs); and
4) Assisting staff and students with questions and issues related to administrative functions.
