Clary & Associates is looking to hire a front desk administrative assistant to assist our office staff. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and routing phone calls and attaining appropriate client information
- Preparing documents such as – letters, transmittals, proposals, etc.
- Maintain and schedule appointments, meetings, interviews, deliveries, etc.
- Typing, filing, and other general office duties
- Assisting in the upkeep of daily operation in the office
- Proficiency in typing
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software (i.e. – Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Pleasant professional demeanor
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organization and planning skills
