Chanatry Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a positive, patient-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.
Position and LocationPosition:
Chiropractic Assistant
Location:
Chanatry Chiropractic - 32218 Jacksonville area
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday:
Closed
- Greeting and assisting patients with a welcoming, professional attitude
- Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
- Assisting the chiropractor with patient flow and room setup
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Collecting payments and handling basic billing tasks
- Keeping the office clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Prior medical or chiropractic office experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is helpful, but not required
- Supportive and friendly work environment
- On-the-job training
- Opportunity for growth within the practice
- Stable, consistent schedule
