Estimating Coordinator

United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company offering a complete range of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. We handle projects of all sizes from residential developments to large commercial and retail properties.

We are currently seeking an Estimating Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the landscaping or construction industry. The role focuses primarily on data entry and administrative support within our estimating department, with opportunities to learn more about estimating and project management over time.

• Enter data accurately into estimating and landscaping software systems, including Aspire.
• Review bid documents and input project details for estimating purposes.

Assist in preparing and organizing work proposals and bid forms.

Maintain and update digital files, spreadsheets, and project records.

Schedule and track site visits as needed

• Support the estimating team with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Communicate with team members to clarify or gather project information.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Basic math skills and the ability to learn new software programs.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Aspire or similar industry software is a plus.
