We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to support day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on general ledger and bank reconciliations
. This role also supports billing, bookkeeping, and administrative accounting functions.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Complete general ledger reconciliations and research/resolve discrepancies
• Prepare subledger reports and ensure they tie to the GL
• Record financial transactions including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Assist with AP/AR support, invoicing, and billing activities
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist with financial reporting and audit support
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve billing discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and statements
• Maintain and update customer records and purchase orders

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience (staff accounting, AP/AR, or corporate accounting)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus
