ICX Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join an organization town that invests in their team and has upward growth opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple facets of the organizations financial operations, helping to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries to the general ledger
- Conduct general ledger and account analyses to identify variances, inconsistencies, or opportunities for process improvement
- Perform reconciliations of various accounts, including bank, vendor, and intercompany accounts
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
