We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our growing audit team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete audit engagements from planning through reporting
• Supervise and review work of staff and junior auditors
• Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls
• Ensure audits are completed accurately and on time
• Present audit findings and recommend process improvements
• Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing matters
• Manage multiple engagements; occasional travel required

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAS and PCAOB standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (3.0+ GPA preferred)
• CPA preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience with audit and engagement tools such as Salesforce (CRM), CCH Pro System Engagement, Suralink, , and PPC Checkpoint (preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High integrity; ability to work independently and in a team
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
