Clients here expect to speak to their accountant. And they do.

This is hands on from day one. You will be the point person for your clients, not hidden behind layers.

You will be preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns

Owning client relationships directly

Working closely with CPAs on more complex work

Taking responsibility for engagements end to end

Having a genuine voice as processes evolve under new ownership

No endless hand offs. No unnecessary hierarchy.

• 3+ years in Public Accounting
• Experience in a small or mid sized firm
• Comfortable both preparing and reviewing returns
• Confident speaking with clients and building trust
• CPA preferred or actively working towards it
• Someone who wants to grow into a Manager level role naturally over time
