- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.

- Support business clients with strategic tax planning, entity structuring considerations, and year‑round advisory services.
- Analyze financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and alignment with tax reporting requirements.
- Assist with IRS and state tax correspondence, notices, and resolution matters.
- Collaborate with internal accounting staff to ensure bookkeeping and financial reporting accuracy.
- Participate in business performance and financial analysis projects to support client growth initiatives.
- Mentor junior associates by reviewing work papers, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Maintain organized documentation and adhere to firm quality control procedures and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license or CPA candidacy strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
- Solid understanding of U.S. federal and state tax laws for individuals and business entities.
- Proficiency with tax preparation software and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
