Accounts Payable Lead

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to oversee daily AP operations and ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.

• Lead and manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing
• Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Concur
  , supporting invoice and expense management workflows
• Review, approve, and audit invoices and expense reports to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and policy compliance
• Resolve escalated AP and Concur-related issues, including vendor inquiries and internal stakeholder questions
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure timely approvals and payment cycles
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support system enhancements related to Concur
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and accounting standards

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  , including lead or senior-level responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with Concur is required (invoice and/or expense modules)
• Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes and internal controls
• Experience reviewing and approving invoices, expense reports, and payment batches
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and guide internal stakeholders
